After a trip to Kansas City and the disappointment of not being able to run outside, I'm back in the saddle today!  I completed the next 10K app run successfully.

I had all my running gear and was up to run Monday morning with my friend Tim but the rain forced us inside on the treadmills instead. On Tuesday we wimped out and decided to visit the bar instead.  Wednesday morning wasn't an option.

Anyway, I feel great to be able to pick up where I left off.
