Hudy 7K 2014 - Did it again!

I'm so glad I ran this race. I decided to sign up just a few days before registration closed.

Emily was signed up to run but wasn't there at the start.

She caught up with me around mile 3.5 so we finished together.

My time was better this year, though I took a short walk break. That tells me how much I love Jody running with me and reminding me to run slower even when I don't think I need to.

And this morning it was a bonus to see this video by one of George's friends that allowed me to relive the race.  I'm not in the video but it reminded me what it was like.  And at 1:39 you can see the group that was just ahead of me crossing over the bridge.
